Today, Quail Forever announced the retirement of longtime Vice President of Government Affairs Dave Nomsen. Nomsen has been employed by “The Habitat Organization” since 1992 and has been one of the nation’s leading voices for wildlife habitat conservation for the last three decades. 

Quail Forever & Pheasants Forever are partnering with conservation leaders, including Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, National Wild Turkey Federation, Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited and the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, to spearhead #ResponsibleRecreation, a media campaign encouraging Americans to enjoy outdoor recreation while adhering to proper COVID-19 safety protocols.
 

Quail Forever is launching Give to the Uplands Day: A National Day of Giving for Upland Conservation on May 5th in response to the heavy burden placed on wildlife habitat conservation efforts by the current and unprecedented health crisis.

Quail Forever, Pheasants Forever and dedicated partners have been selected to receive two Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) awards from the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) totaling $1.67 million for habitat delivery efforts in the states of Missouri and Montana.
