You're Invited!

Join us for a Hands on Habitat Workday and help improve quail habitat on the McIlroy Madison County Wildlife Management area!

We'll be helping Quail Forever and AGFC Biologists remove fencing from an active quail habitat restoration area and we'll end the day with food and non-alcoholic drinks.  

This workday is for volunteers ages 12 and up.  

Volunteers should come prepared with:

  • Long pants
  • Closed toed shoes (no sandals)
  • Leather gloves
  • Sunscreen and bug spray as needed
  • Long sleeved shirts (advised)
  • Wire cutters and fencing tools (if you have them)
