2026 Veterans Appreciation Hunt Sponsored By Mercer County Pheasants Forever.​​​​​​​​

Welcome to this year's Veterans' Appreciation pheasant hunt which will held Sunday December 13th 2026. This is for veterans or active duty of an armed force of any branch or era area. Morning session is limited to 50 participants and afternoon session will be limited to 20 participants. Shells will be provided for 12 and 20 gauge guns. Morning Check-in is at 8:00 AM.  Afternoon session check-in is at 11:30 AM. Lunch and refreshments will be provided from 11:30-12:30. Registration deadline is December 6, 2025. Remember to bring your hunting license and a hunter orange vest to wear while hunting.  To promote safety for all those involved, a valid hunting license is required.  Note:  An Apprentice Hunting license does not meet the liability requirements for our hunt
