Red, White and Boom! PF TV’s “The Flush” to air Thursday, July 4

The Flush,” America’s number one television series on upland hunting and conservation, airs on Outdoor Channel this Thursday, July 4 at 11:30am (EST). Presented by Pheasants Forever Television and Federal Premium Ammunition, and produced by Ron Schara Productions, the show offers a fresh perspective on upland hunting, dog work, wingshooting techniques and the need for quality habitat.

Co-hosted by longtime outdoor personalities Bill Sherck and Ron Schara, the show’s second season’s premier episode starts with Sherck taking viewers on an early-season grouse hunting trip to Canada’s KabeeLo Lodge. There, Sherck; Jason Markkula, founder of BeerForWildlife.com; and George Lyall of Runnings, chase the elusive ruffed grouse through Canada’s “Big Woods,” then make their way from turf to surf in the hunt for lake trout on the clear waters of Northwest Ontario. “We were thrilled with season one of ‘The Flush’ and think season two ups the ante on upland television,” says Sherck. “This season viewers will see the full array of birds, people, dogs and places where dedicated wingshooters hunt in the United States, and I invite viewers to join us each week.”

Following this Thursday’s show, “The Flush” will air Thursdays at 11:30AM, Fridays at 3:00AM and Saturdays at 2:00PM (all Eastern Standard Time.) “The Flush” is presented by Pheasants Forever and Federal Premium Ammunition. Additional sponsorship support is provided by South Dakota Department Tourism, Watertown-South Dakota, Purina Pro Plan, Polaris, and Carlson’s Choke Tubes.
