Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever announce Anthony Hauck as the organization’s director of public relations. A nine-year employee at “The Habitat Organization,” Hauck is now the point person for the organization’s public relations, which includes media relations and managing website content and social media.
“Growing up on the Hauck family farm in western Minnesota established a hard work ethic in Anthony. It’s that work ethic, his creative and critical thinking skills, coupled with his passion for pheasants, prairies, and bird hunting that make him a valuable team member of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever,” explained Bob St. Pierre, vice president of marketing.
Hired in 2007 as the public relations specialist and promoted in 2011 to online editor, Hauck has continuously taken on new responsibilities as Pheasants Forever, Inc. has grown. As the director of public relations, Hauck will take on an increased role in Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s advocacy communication, starting with the upcoming Conservation Reserve Program general signup this December. He also now manages the public relations team.

Hauck is a native of Madison, Minn., where his father, Gary Hauck, has volunteered for the Lac Qui Parle County Chapter of Pheasants Forever for more than two decades. He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications and currently resides in Lino Lakes, Minn., with his wife, Kaily, and their English cocker, “Sprig.” Hauck works out of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever headquarters in St. Paul, Minn.
