Attendees will have more than 20 opportunities in three days to learn from the nation’s leading bird dog experts at National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic 2014. Legendary trainers Tom Dokken, Bob West, Delmar Smith, Ronnie Smith and Rick Smith will present each day of the show, which runs February 14-16 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee.

"Nothing connects people to the world of wildlife habitat conservation like bird dogs," says Brad Heidel, Pheasants Forever's Director of Corporate Sales, "And no event has as comprehensive a lineup of bird dog seminars as National Pheasant Fest." The Bird Dog Bonanza Stage is presented by Purina Pro Plan and SportDOG.

“Anyone looking to add a canine companion to their home or to find out a few new tricks for the pup you already have, this is the show for you,” said Bob West, Director of Sporting Dog Programs for Purina, “At the bird dog stage, you’ll learn what you need to know to pick your next puppy, as well as how to keep your veteran dog in shape for next season.”

More Than 260 Years of Training Experience: “If you want to train like a pro, you’ve got to think like a dog,” added life-long bird dog trainer, Delmar Smith. Delmar, who established his kennel in 1945, and the other five panel experts have a combined 260 years-plus of training experience.
